"Room was clean. Pool and grounds were clean and maintained. Parking was limited but with just enough spaces to be okay. Staff were great! Staff make a huge difference in any stay for me. The staff were friendly and efficient. Some staff had been with this business for years and that speaks volumes also."

"This was such a great property! Good location, renovated and updated beautifully, including full sized washer/dryer in the laundry room. Big, easy to work in kitchen, if you like to cook like I do. My 95 yo Mom maneuvered easily with her walker. We recommended to many of her friends. The host was great and quick to respond."

"Made reservation and paid through Expedia. Flew to Florida and on the way to check in we called and were told that we did not have a reservation, someone was in the unit and would be there all week. We are seniors and my husband is disabled. Needless to say TOTAL FRUSTRATION. The contact person at unit was not helpful as he said he never received an email from Expedia. I totally understand he didn't know how to help us. but is was very frustrating. After calling expedia/VRBO and was told after several calls and much time on the phone we were told we would have a refund in 7-10 days. WHAT!! How can this happen? This is not acceptable. There should be check and balance systems in place. I got verification for reservation and payment, That should not have happened until the owner of unit confirmed. "
