Newly decorated 3200 sqft two layer house is located On Niagara parkway with beautiful river view on Canadian side,north to the great falls and south to the crystal beach. Niagara natural trails at the front door,1ace backyard is adjacent to the natural forest, big patio outdoor furniture , fire pit, hot tub, swimming pool,BBQ.High speed WiFi, 70inch TV with Netflix YouTube in the big bright living room. It’s great place for relaxation and vacation with your family and friends.

There’re living rooms upstairs and downstairs,all can see the river view. 1 bedroom on main floor, other 4 on second floor,total 4 queens, 2 twin beds for the big group comfortable to stay,the basic price is for 8guests,an additional guest fee of $50 .Each room is meticulously designed for relaxation and restful sleep . All necessary washroom and kitchen facilities are provided.

The new heated pool just was built,
It will open from June 1st to September 30th. There’s an extra $35 each day for use the pool (it will be heated to 85 Fahrenheit degree) if needed.

We had a lovely stay at This location. The pool was beautiful and the hot tub was clean. Clean sheets. Lots of bugs and spiders but clean otherwise. Having to pay extra to heat the pool wasn’t the best when the listing shows heated pool however it was okay. I would definitely go back!!!

Family Vacation

We spent a lovely week enjoying this spacious and well-equipped large cottage. Plenty of room for all of us and lots of space to roam around. A wonderful heated pool, hot tub and Foosball table are among the amenities to enjoy! Very clean with an extra large lot. We hope to be back one day soon!

We loved this place. There were 8 guys with 8 beds on a golf trip in Niagara. It was perfect. The house is better than the pictures in terms of space. The BBQ, pool and hot tub were amazing. Our host was very responsive and the house was perfect for us. We would stay again in the future for sure.

Amazing weekend stay!

A massive, amazingly maintained home that easily accommodated our large group. There were plenty of bathrooms and spacious bedrooms. The backyard is amazing and we spent a lot of time in the hot tub and heated pool (pool takes a while to heat up). The host was very quick to respond to any questions and made it a very enjoyable experience for us. We will definitely return!

Overall we loved this place,kitchen was not stocked well but we left a few of things we bought, dish towels pizza cutter dish soap large glass bowl. But the outside made up for it and is amazing! We would definitely stay there again.

Great property with many amenities

Very happy with the stay. We were there for a hockey tournament in Niagara. The property gave us lots of space for socializing together. The hot tub and pool were great. Ally even opened the pool early for us. Only thing that would have been better, there is a camera set up in the back yard, so was hard to feel totally comfortable as a private stay. Thanks for hosting us!

Excellent relaxing family time.

The house was nice and clean. The view was fabulous. A quiet area only a short drive to Niagara Falls. There were plenty of dishes/cup/glasses/etc. There were plenty of small appliances like toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, tea kettle. Having an extra refrigerator stocked with water was a wonderful bonus. It was a great place for 3 generations to spend a long weekend together.

Great place for a Large size group. Nice views of the Niagara River and on a beautiful property. Would recommend you discuss your house supplies needs with the owner prior to your stay regarding some basic needs so that you are not disappointed. (bare minimum bathroom towels, couple dish towels, lots of cups & wine glasses but only 1 drinking glass, no serving platters or salad bowl)

Family Vacation Niagara Region

Had a wonderful time using this home as a base for the area. There was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy ourselves. The bedrooms were nice and beds comfortable. Know that to get to the room with the 2 queens, you have to go through one room with a single queen. We were able to work it out so this was not an issue. The property is beautiful with a huge backyard, beautiful pool and hot tub. Was nice to have 2 fridges for our large group too. The view of the Niagara River was nice and we took many walks in the area. The owners were very responsive and great to work with; would highly recommend this home for rental

Great location and nice property

This place is great. Location and the property is great. Nice spacious cottage. Enough rooms and bathrooms for our large group. Cozy place with all the amenities with swimming pool and the hot tub. Our group enjoyed the stay there. However there are few things to mention here. A/C does not work in all the rooms. All the rooms are in upstairs (except one) and A/C does not work. They have fans in the rooms. Also not enough heat in the BBQ machine and Fridge does not cool enough. Also heated pool, it takes time to heat. Not very effective. Other than this I would recommend this place.
