Three bedroom, two bathroom newly renovated reservoir retreat with hot tub and patio dining overlooking Horsetooth Reservoir, Fort Collins and with views of Horsetooth Rock and Open Space. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to miles of hiking and biking trails, or take your boat, paddleboards and kayaks out on the Reservoir. You will have complete and private access to the whole house, we live nearby if you need anything.
