Beautiful cottage - great location in Old Town near Colorado State University!
- For relaxation or working away from home you CAN have it all here in Old Town Fort Collins! Our two bedroom carriage house welcomes you with all things convenient, clean and comfortable. Your home away from home has a main floor master bedroom with a new queen bed and a large working desk area and a full luxurious bath. Up the spiral staircase to the loft, you will find a large space with two single beds, a desk and room to spare! Enjoy a cup of coffee in the quaint living area or outside on the stamped concrete patio. We make sure that you have all you need to enjoy your stay including a large outdoor patio with gas grill and off street parking.
