"I have stayed here a few times when traveling from California and enjoy the convenience of a clean room, a restaurant within the property and a staff that is attentive and courteous. These qualities are importantly to me and I have found them here. There is a slight smell of smoke due to the casino area and I’m not a smoker, but I’ve found there has been no smell of smoke in any of the rooms I have stayed in and this works for me."

"I have stayed at probably every hotel with a kitchen in the Reno/Carson City vicinity and will continue to book this Residence Inn. The amenities feel comfortable and the rooms feel more like home. I especially love that they actually provide the right amount of dishes and cookware that I rarely have to improvise. The gym is nice and clean, the pool area is relaxing and the outdoor common areas are so inviting. I made steak on the grill! You just ask for BBQ tools at the front desk. I was so impressed with the quality of work of the housekeeping staff. Rosalinda (Rosa) cleaned my room while I was at work and it was so nice to come "home" to a clean place - she took so much care when tidying up. It was also great that I could leave her a tip using the QR code ! I never have cash on me and I was happy I could thank her in that way. I have a lot of food allergies and sensitivities which is why I choose a residential type hotel, but the breakfast offered there is the best Ive seen and the seating is relaxing and comfortable with great options for a working breakfast in the lobby or outdoors. I do wish there was more parking. If you get there after 5 or 6 pm, youre parking in the back."

"They don’t really have any amenities, honestly. They do have a store onsite, coffee in the morning, and pre made pastries. Those are nice. One recommendation would be to make sure the store is stocked. There’s pretty much no convenience stores up there and they were out of Pepto. The people there are nice/helpful, so they do make other recommendations, (in my opinion, Pepto works best for stomach issues). The location is close enough to the town that you can walk to mostly everything in VC."

"While we were there we met with the owner and his wife on the patio and heard all about their future plane to make their place even better. We were ot there for over an hour just interacting with them, they are very socialable. All the staff we met were extremely anxious to help in any way they could."

"Our week long stay here was great!The house was nice, clean, spacious and had everything we needed.The king bed was comfortable and the hot tub was an added bonus and was so nice and relaxing in the evenings.We would love to stay here again in the future."
