"Fabulous! First, we were welcomed by a beautiful sign for the whole family. Then a delicious charcuterie board was delivered! The house is beautiful with the most comfortable beds! It rained for 2 days and the kids spent all the time in the pool as it was covered. There were great pool toys there and a big float the kids loved. We loved sitting around the pool with all the comfortable seating. The house was perfect for our family! The kids loved the bunk bedroom and game room too! Great sitting areas for the whole family. We had a chef come in one night for my big birthday celebration and it was perfect. We all loved the house, and everyone wants to go back.Maghen was a great communicator. She checked in to make sure everything was going well. She told us that she had plenty of baby stuff for our 3-month-old. And she sure did! The house had everything you could ask for. It is so comfortable and perfect for families to be together.We went to the Jacksonville Zoo which is so close one day and it was so fun. I highly recommend this house for any gathering. Maghen was a joy to work with-we had to add an extra day due to our flight cancellation, and she was so accommodating and helpful. It was truly a magical weekend for me and my family. "

" Everything was fine except for there was no welcome gift as mentioned and there was a old musty steel smell in the room other than that service girls checking in, etc. were very great"

"Hot tub and pool had leaves and branches, not a big deal but there was garbage in the backyard, old inflatables that were popped, coke bottle, a popped beach ball in a tree, none of the metal outdoor chairs in the back yard had cushions the ones by the front were torn up and very old, tv outside did not work, wine glass and towel left in backyard by pool as well, unable to turn hot tub on, "

"This property is nothing short of amazing! From the fully stocked kitchen, to the fully stocked linen closets were all so clean and organized. Soap, laundry detergent, kitchen cleaning supplies were all available. The location was amazing and the short drive to the beach was perfect! But what made the stay even more better, was the host! Super sweet, patient and accommodating to every need we had. I can’t wait to stay here again!"

"This property worked out well for us as we were closer to my brother home and few minutes away from Sawgrass. We were total of 8 (2 families of 4). This is an excellent floor plan. All of us loved it "
