Noah's is a fantastic large beach house located on Cliff Rd headland between 2 beaches - One Mile and Burgess beach, both 350 metre walking distance. Stunning panoramic views of Cape Hawk in the south to Crowdy Head in the north are visible from the spacious lounge, dining and front bedrooms.

Upstairs has a nautical beach theme with four large bedrooms sleeping nine guests with two modern bathrooms. Both front bedrooms have King beds with ocean views, the master bedroom with walk in robe, ensuite with full size bath. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and the fourth bedroom with district views has 2 king single beds but one can be converted into a king bed, There is also a pull out trundle. While relaxing upstairs enjoy the mesmerizing view in ducted air conditioning with large TV, Wi-Fi and ceiling fans. A fully equipped galley kitchen with a large walk in pantry includes dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.

Downstairs has a beachy feel with a large foyer leading into a relaxing sunroom lounge area overlooking the large inground pool. Full laundry facilities, toilet and shower. There is outdoor furniture and a Gas BBQ in the backyard and an outdoor beach shower in the front. A games area located off the double garage includes a ping pong table.

This property is strictly non-smoking. All linen (sheets and bath towels) is supplied. For the comfort of guests all beds have quilts with cotton blankets. Beach towels are not supplied so bring beach towels for the use of the swimming pool.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties.
