If I could dream up the perfect Italian Tuscan style villa… this would be it. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Thank you for leaving the pool open. "This place is truly spectacular! We can't fault it. 'Spotlessly clean, gorgeous house and gardens, huge pool with pool lights. Tranquil surroundings. Highly efficient communication with both Frida (caretaker) and Jean Marc (owner). Lots to do and see in the area, but we didn't want to go out too much it was so beautiful! Naples is an easy train ride away and we loved the Tiberius cave at Sperlonga. We didn't want to leave!"

The garden and terraces are planted with many different plants and trees, making for interesting exploring. There is a pool and shaded activities area also, so something for everyone’s interest. "The villa is great - big enough, clean, just refurbished, everything works good, furniture and kitchen appliances are very good, enough plates, bowls, glasses, towels etc. for 6 people. Suitable for small kids - safe and nothing to broke :) Huge lounge - terrace with a second kitchen, very convenient and nice. "We had a wonderful family stay, the villa met all our expectations and more. The views are great and the pool area was perfect for the kids. It is well placed for the coast, but also for small inland towns and villages which give the authentic Italian experience. Also, easy and cheap access by train to the wonders of Rome and the craziness of Naples ! We love Italy and would love to return to this villa. We even had a proposal ... great memories. "My wife and I enjoyed a lovely stay in Formia. The beach is superb and the location is good for exploring Lazio and Campania by car. The property is comfortable and well equipped and Valeria, the host, is most attentive and helpful. Formia, itself, is an interesting town but visits to Naples, Amalfi, Sorrento, Vesuvius, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Casserta and Gaeta are all possible and worth doing. Taking the train from Formia to Naples is a recommendation rather than using the car."

"Wonderful Host. Luciana was extremely helpful. the home is located in a private gated subdivision, on a hill. It is completely equipped with dishes, utensils, dish, washer and a washing machine. has a private gate and a huge yard. At first the 6 km winding road from the town of Sperlonga to the house was a bit challenging but the view was spectacular. Coming from Rome by car the villa is best accessed by going through Fondi then Itri. The final few kilometres are via a fairly narrow road and then finally along a single track. "Giuseppe and his wife were very attentive hosts. They were able to help arrange many things for us, including a caterer for dinners at the villa. The property was very grand and was the perfect size for our family of 10. The 2 kids enjpyed the pool. The villa is a little dated and could use a refesh in the kitchen and bathrooms.
