Everything in walking distance friendly host wonderful size quirky room fire all with 4 bedrooms everything you needed for good stay . We loved it . If there was anything I could change would be the shower head to give more power but that is a small thing . And easier rubbish disposal . We would highly recommend recommend we were visiting family whom live in Gaeta thanks again"

"Likes: . Very close to a fantastic beach as well as half hour walk to the old town. . A lot to see near the hotel. Dislikes: . Pool was closed as of September, but this is not communicated when booking. One of the reasons i went there was the pool they have and advertised. Not sure why pool was closed if A/C is still running. . Shower temperature fluctuations were extreme. Water would get very hot then very cold. . No draft beer or good tequila in the bar. Bar man did not seem to have much knowledge of drinks. I know it is a wine country, but the availability should be there."

"The lady who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. We didn’t speak much Italian and she didn’t speak much English, but it wasn’t a problem at all. She was amazing. We were not driving, but the parking is ample and secure right next to the building. The building is newer and across the street from a beautiful beach. Our room was on the ground floor with a huge patio very comfortable."
