"Beautiful apartment, gorgeous location, and exceptional service. We were extremely happy with everything, and sad to leave. The apartment had everything our family needed for our stay, was exceptionally clean, and was located near many great options for restaurants, shopping and groceries. A short walk to the beach, and we were constantly checked in on to make sure our visit was enjoyable. Could not recommend more highly; we had a great time!"

"Very friendly staff that were happy to help, food was very good with a good breakfast selection. Very reasonable and good location near the Autostrade and close to the town of Cassino. Would recommend."

"The property is beautiful and the room was very comfortable with a great bed. The pool is great and the breakfast was fantastic on the stunning terrace. Access to the beach is convenient and its a lovely sandy clean beach. My only criticisms are that the hotel hosted a party on the first night of our stay and our room eas directly next to this outdoor event so was a little noisy. We did complain to reception but they did nothing to help. The following day there was smashed glass all over the pool area. The lifeguard swept this into the corner half heartedly. We again complained to reception but no cleaner was sent to make the area safe. I noticed another guest cut her foot and made the lifeguard aware but they did not resolve the issue. Dont use glass at events around the pool! My other gripe eas the fact they told us our room rate did not include an allocated sunbed on the beach. We was not aware of this at booking. As it happened the beach was quiet but this would have been an annoyance had it been busy. I would definitely stay at the property again."

"Roberta was a welcome And an Angel to us. After an exploded tire from a con of a rental company that rhymes with Carfizz, Roberta gave us a last minute booking, directions for an ATM to pay for a tow, breakfast made early with cappuccino, cold bottle of water, empathy, and kindness. I would 100% book here again and recommend everyone else to as well. Very clean and well kept with updated decor that’s sleek and comfortable. The B&B is located right in the heart of Formia. We were blessed enough to run into the most wonderful people in this little city."

"The lady who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. We didn’t speak much Italian and she didn’t speak much English, but it wasn’t a problem at all. She was amazing. We were not driving, but the parking is ample and secure right next to the building. The building is newer and across the street from a beautiful beach. Our room was on the ground floor with a huge patio very comfortable."
