"Amazing place just above Bad Kreutznach. 10-15 minutes walk into town through the forest. Quiet and comfortable. Staff so nice. Dinner was delicious! The breakfast buffet has lots of variety and everything is really good! Definitely would stay there again!"

"Excellent hotel, with a beautiful Spa/Welness facility. We had a room on the south side of the building, apparently without airco. That was not that convenient, however both windows could be opened full! We had 2 nights with dinner in buffet style, that is certainly not something we will take again, the first evening the service was ok, but the second evening, the plates of the first dish where still on the table and it was difficult to order a drink. "Very friendly staff. Was able to park in lot by hotel. Great German atmosphere with the restaurant /garden. Located next to all shops and restaurants, but just at edge of old town.
We had a cozy top floor room.
No elevator( older building) so be prepared to walk the spiral stairs with you bags. Part of the charm."

"I am so glad i stayed there. We had the Honeymoon suite. Extremely clean. The staf were so warm and accommodating, i really did not expect it as i had seen and heard horror stories about Frankfurt. My experience was the complete opposite. The use of the airport transfwr was fanastic back n forth to the airport even if we were just going their for ranom things or to get the coach into the city centre. I would highly recommend thia hotel and the food was great (from a black brit)."
