Charming villa from the Belle Époque with Jacuzzi, arcade machine, pool table, and private garden located near the Casino of Forges-les-Eaux.

This characterful villa, offering a calm and green setting, is ideally situated between the Casino of Forges-les-Eaux and the Avenue Verte, perfect for a group stay. Several games are available for your enjoyment (arcade machine, pool table, table football, ping-pong, darts), and many amenities are offered (jacuzzi, reading area, flower garden, terrace...).

The accommodation Spacious 140 m² villa that can accommodate up to 12 people in total (10 people and 2 on the sofa bed in the living room). Composed of an open kitchen to the dining room, veranda, living room, two bathrooms, two toilets, and four bedrooms.

For a serene stay, the beds are made upon arrival, and bath towels are included in the rental.
