"We tried checking in after 3 PM but had to wait for a room to be cleaned. The room was clean enough but the rest of the building had dirty floors. The pool and hot tub were extremely dirty there was a film on the water and there was hair and other debris floating around. "

"This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in a Motel. Do not stay here. I was in town for the Muenster, TX Germanfest Bike Rally and selected the facility due to location. I did not expect it to be a Holiday Inn or Hampton, but I did expect it to be clean, and it was not even close to being clean. Spend an extra 80$ and stay at the Lindsay Inn closer to Gainsville, TX, or just stay in Gainsville and drive in for the Bike Rally or Germanfest. It was so bad, I left and went to find another place to stay. Do not waste time or money with this place."

"This house is very clean, roomy and comfy. We have stayed here a couple times now. Excellent host as well, super close to the square and Red River Station. "

"This is an older property and could use some updating. With that said the room was very clean. The owners that run the place are extremely nice. Unlike some luxury hotels the room was made up every day with fresh towels. If you want a luxury spa environment this is probably not the place. But for a clean nice safe place to stay I strongly recommend! I have stayed here before and will return in the future. "

The owners did a fantastic job with the renovation, preserving the historic charm while providing all of the modern comforts. We especially enjoyed the steam shower after a LONG day of preparing for and attending my son's wedding and reception! The owners absolutely thought of everything we needed and more!"

"This is a beautiful property and the host has thought of everything! From having cold water, coffee, spices, hygiene products available to creating really comfortable and beautiful spaces- this home is top notch and the property is very peaceful. Highly recommend!"

"We loved our stay …….talk about a fun house …….the pool was delightful…….the BBQ by the pool , was so useful .The house is huge …….lots of room to spread out and have family time and private time……the house was very clean and well organized .The location of the house , by a major highway , was so helpful .Lot’s of good aspects for family enjoyment at this lovely house ……and it’s private with a very clean pool for outdoor fun !Matteo The house has a long driveway and locking gate , so it’s private with no neighbors . "The cabin was very comfortable, and the decorations were a nice touch. It had basically all the amenities that we needed. Plenty of towels, a coffee maker, bottled water, and a very comfortable bed. The landscaping was interesting and welcoming. Some of the negatives were the long, bumpy dirt driveway, and the description said 22 miles to Winstar casino, which turned out to be 60 miles. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends. Best of luck in the future."
