"The Lodge at Eagles Nest is a great place to stay. The hosts are very accommodating, and the place is amazing. Full arcade in the basement, including Pinball and Ping Pong. The pool room was great, and the pool so nice. Watched Deer out the windows as the Snow came down! Kitchen is fully stocked, and the built in Griddle/Flat-Top got tons of use! All bedrooms have a Private Bath, and additional Beds and Baths in the basement. Secluded but not too far from Indian River and Petoskey. We will be staying there again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of room for our big family! Our guests who stayed in the basement bedrooms indicated the rooms were cold all night as there doesn't appear to be heat to the basement. The full bed in the room with the twin bed would not stay on the frame as it appeared to be a queen frame. The guest in this room had to sleep lopsided as a result. I don’t think we would stay again in the winter due to the coldness of the basement. "
