"soiled couch, torn leather on desk chair, broken soap dispenser and no tv remote. Got moved to another room and although that one was better, the phone did not work for me to call down to the front desk. The desk chair still had leather patches missed off, missing off the side of it, the luggage cart squealed at an unmerciful decibel so everyone in the hallway could hear me coming and going.
