"We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. The house has a friendly feeling and the accommodation was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Fordingbridge is well located for exploring both the New Forest and the coast. The cottage has the added advantage of being in walking distance of the shops. We appreciated the fact that there was allocated parking for two cars."

"The location is superb and convenient to get to places with ease.
We were disappointed with reception staff upon arrival. No real welcome, no clear message of how to find our caravan (too busy having personal conversations). No information on how to use items, no clear message that WiFi wasn’t available although we had expected WiFi (thought we had booked a place with WiFi) explained we has a child with ASD hoping we would have been offered an upgrade but no…so don’t be blinkered that you have paid for luxury but definitely nothing luxury about their caravan.
On the surface the caravan did look clean until we were removing sofa cushions looking for the bed - crisps, money, dust, fluff not pleasant. In storage outside old boots that’s obviously been left behind.
No bedding for sofa bed, waited 4 hours then contacted out of hours, must say they were VERY good.
Facilities on site were good and our 14 year old enjoyed the amusements. Again staff there were good."
