"Terrible human beings. I made a reservation months ago, then was diagnosed with cancer. I asked for a refund and they asked for medical proof. I sent in sensitive documents and then they still stalled and delayed and I never stayed. Have some compassion. Will never reserve here. Every other hotel I had was kind enough to understand. Not you all. Shame on you."

"The hotel was perfectly situated to walk anywhere or take the train or metro to any one of the beautiful sights around Naples. Breakfast was amazing and the gym was great too "

"Located in the heart of the centre of town on a busy area with plenty of restaurants on your doorstep. The rooms are located on the top floor of an old building. The rooms themselves are immaculate and well kept. The only slight negative is that this floor is accessed by a small coin operated lift. "

"Hotel was nice and clean. Had a street view room which was noisy at night with vehicles honking throughout the night. Overall good hotel but don’t get a room facing the street "

"Breakfast was good and set us up for the day. The archaeological sits was just across the road from the hotel so accessing it was easy. Staff were very knowledgeable and proved many useful tips and information. Also responded quickly to any issues we raised. "

"The best breakfast buffet I have seen in this area. Excellent service, broad menu choices and well prepared, plated food. The only constructive feedback would be to have blackout curtains. I am a light sleeper, and this is a personal preference. "

"Nicest room we’ve had so far on our trip. Very clean very modern. The Jacuzzi and the bedroom and the executive suite was incredible. Food was excellent room service was spot on! We would stay here again in a heart beat!"

"새로 지은지 얼마 안되는 깔끔한 호텔입니다. 같은 건물에 도미토리 형식의 호스텔도 있고 일반 호텔도 있습니다. 전 일반 호텔애 묶었고 아주 만족 핬습니다. 중앙역 기차 전철 모두 바로 옆에 있어서 접근성 좋고 전철/기차 이용하기 편리합니다. 주변 지역이 저녁에는 좀 위험할 수 있을것 같은데 저녁에 일찍 들어와서 쉬고 아침 일찍 나가기 아주 좋았습니다. 스태프도 친절하고 다시 머물 의향 100퍼센트 입니다."

"This is the worst hotel I ever stay. Basically there was nothing in the room besides bed. Bathroom was always smelly. The whole room looks very run down. pictures they displayed do not reflect the real room."
