I am generally a fan of ibis budgets. This was the exception. The bed sheet was too small so the mattress curled up. If you put any amount of water in the sink it covered the overflow - which wasn’t connected to anything and just went on to the floor. The area at night was pretty dodgy. I’ve not commented on the staff as I didn’t see anyone. They might have been great but lumbered with an awful hotel.

Uncomfortable small room

Bedroom was worst expeience in many years. The room would have been small for a single bed let alone a double. Difficult to walk around the bed due to large window frame ( which stuck out into room) and small room.

The worst experience ever?

Manager left us waiting until 2am without a room as our. booking reference didn't work at the self check in terminal. We tried to call multiple times during the day to let them know that we will be checking in after 10pm, no response, same for multiple emails and messages via hotels.com. The emergency number at the reception was a waste of time, for 3 hours I was told they were trying to contact the hotel manager but they were unavailable.

Das Zimmer bestand hauptsächlich aus dem Bett, weder Bewegungsfläche noch Platz um irgendetwas abzustellen, Matratze durchgelegen, Bezug löst sich von alleine, das Bad bot mehr Freiraum als das Zimmer selbst. Gesamtzustand wie das gesamte Umfeld ungepflegt, Personal mäßig interessiert, Frühstück einfach und wenig inspirierend. Im deutsch- französischen Grengebiet sollte kein Problem sein auf dem TV auch deutsche Sender zu programmieren.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel à 8 amis, répartis dans 6 chambres, et nous avons globalement passé un très bon moment. L’établissement est agréable, propre et bien situé, ce qui a rendu notre séjour vraiment confortable. Les chambres étaient fonctionnelles, avec une literie de bonne qualité qui nous a permis de bien nous reposer après nos journées bien remplies. Un petit point à améliorer cependant : dans les chambres doubles, il n’y avait qu’une seule serviette par personne, ce qui n’était pas très pratique lorsqu’on séjourne à deux. Ce n’est pas un détail dramatique, mais c’est le genre de petite attention qui fait la différence et qui aurait rendu l’expérience encore meilleure. En revanche, je tiens à souligner la grande sympathie du personnel. L’équipe a toujours été souriante, disponible et réactive. Chaque question ou demande a été traitée avec beaucoup de gentillesse, et on sent qu’ils font de leur mieux pour satisfaire les clients. Cette qualité d’accueil a vraiment marqué notre groupe et a largement contribué à la bonne ambiance de notre séjour. En résumé : un hôtel très agréable, idéal pour un séjour entre amis, avec un personnel chaleureux. Un tout petit effort supplémentaire sur les serviettes dans les chambres doubles, et ce serait vraiment parfait. Nous garderons malgré tout un excellent souvenir de notre passage et n’hésiterons pas à revenir !

Interphone, ascenseur en panne. Chauffage reglé à 19°C et pourtant 26 °C dans la chambre. Obligé d ouvrir la fenetre mais les chiens des voisins aboient toute la nuit ! 3 nuits de reservés - je suis parti la 2e nuits

Séjour rien à redire , toutes les personnes dont j’ai eu à faire ont été d’une grande gentillesse et simplicité, le seul bémol est pour la chambre en elle-même ou au vu du prix j’ai été déçu qu’elle ne disposait même pas de placard ni d'aucuns rangements.

Pas d’eau chaude

J’ai passé plusieurs nuits dans cet hôtel. L’avant dernière nuit nous avons eu de l’eau tiède pour se laver mais alors la dernière nuit nous sommes rentrés vers 22h30 et l’eau était complètement gelée!! Sympa après une grosse journée de travail dehors .
