Staff is wonderful...breakfasr isnt bad give it 7.5 out of 10... rooms are wonderful we had rooms direft off the pool with jacuzzi... sitti g under stars at 3 am is peacful and so relaxing. The dree shuttle service to beach and mall is great... the people yiu meet are great at hotel everyone says ho tobeacubother and good morning. Verybhappybwith my choice we stayed 13 days others we met booked other hotels inarea trying them out but regretted it st time they had tobleave wished they could have stayed. "

"I spent 2 nights at this hotel and the service was superb. Nothing was too much trouble, on arrival I was greeted with a warm welcome. I opted for the breakfast menu and found although there wasn't a lot there was always something I could enjoy. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I stay in Hua Hin. "

"It’s ok, but only ok. Far too expensive for what you get and not a five star hotel.
Cleaning was done after 5 pm almost every day same time we wanted to use our shower. Forgot some kind of towels every day. We had a pool villa and before cleaning it was way too many leaves all over. Not nice. Restaurant forgot our order a few times. But the most annoying thing was that there was absolutely no chans to get a sunbed by the pool our whole stay. "
