Quiet vacation rental in the middle mountains
Halfway between the sea and the mountain of medium altitude you will discover the pleasure of tranquility. Our house is located in a small hamlet in the countryside and adjoining our second home.
It is made up on the floor of two rooms with two beds in 140, a mezzanine with a bed in 90, a room of water with tub.
On the ground floor you will find a kitchen area equipped with a dishwasher, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge with freezer, gas and electric hob, extractor hood. The dining room is equipped with a TV, an open fireplace, a sofa ... Entrance hall overlooking the corridor, separate WC, storage room with washing machine and sink, central heating with oil-fired hot water.
Outside, south-facing terrace, large garden with barbecue and free firewood. Private parking for two vehicles.

Notre hôtesse a été charmante et nous avons eu un accueil sympathique des voisins d au soir ce hameau calme La route est un peu tortueuse mais on trouve tout au village de Brassac, y compris la fête ! La maison est située à proximité de beaucoup de balades et de lieux de baignade. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. Petit bémol sur l’insonorisation de la maison… totalement absente, et sur les bibelots à mettre en sûreté. il vaut mieux que les enfants dorment la nuit si on ne veut pas réveiller toute la maisonnée.

Lovely gite and good value.
The gite is exactly as it appears on the photos - with beautiful gardens (space for kids to play) and private space to sit out and eat outside. The kitchen is fully kitted out with everything you could want too (amazing cooker!) The location in the hamlet of Entrevergnes Haut is quiet (the neighbours do fix cars in their big garage out the front though - it didn't bother us at all but might bother those who want complete quiet)- and there are beautiful hill top and valley walks from the front door if you like a steady hike.
There are errors on the HomeAway website which caused us a little misunderstanding when we arrived (there is no internet, towels and linens aren't provided) - but our hosts were very gracious and provided us with items we hadn't brought because of the mistake on the website. I'm sure this will be updated.
The gite is perfectly placed to explore the granite area of Sidobre. There is a lake (reservoir) with a rocky beach 30 minutes away and local town Brassac is lovely for shopping etc.

Location pas autant éloquente que vous le précisez dans l'annonce.
Pour une location dite au calme, nous n'avons pas la même appréciation sur cette définition (voisins qui retapent des voitures et se permettent de "disquer" "meuler" percer" tous les soirs et même le dimanche soir jusqu'à 21h00......et le matin dès 8h30. Il a fallut que le propriétaire intervienne.
Deuxième point, il n'y a pas de connexion WIFI, il faut se brancher en point d'accès mobile avec son portable perso ( consommation importante en se connectant sur un ordinateur). A part ça, la maison est sympathique, agréable, les propriétaires très gentils.

Nous avons été conquis par cette région du Tarn, idéale pour les promenades et randonnées en forêt, conquis également par cette location située dans un charmant petit hameau très calme. Maison très agréable, confortable et très bien équipée. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux et sympathique.
