"Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the reception area felt very disorganized and the check-in process was not smooth. In addition, the hotel is currently under construction, which was not clearly communicated before arrival. The biggest issue was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. At around 2:00 a.m. I was unable to sleep because of the noise coming from the room above. I could hear every step and even the entire conversation of the guest upstairs. It made it very difficult to rest. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, and better organization, transparency about construction, and improved sound insulation would greatly improve the guest experience."

"The staff was very rude and makes you feel like you are wasting there time. Also they never let us use the portion of our destination fee and told us that you can not use it on the day that we were checking out wich is probably the only place on earth when they come out with that excuse. Room was clean that is a plus . I guess."

Housekeeping also could have paid closer attention to detail in certain areas, as a few spots were missed. The bathroom lighting was quite poor, which made getting ready difficult. On a positive note, the breakfast was good and the coffee was a nice bonus in the morning. With some updates and better attention to cleaning details, this hotel could easily provide a better overall experience."
