A 22m² studio apartment, tastefully renovated with charm and functionality, featuring a balcony with views of the Grand Truc mountain, located on the ground floor of the Résidence Aiguille III, a 4-story building with 31 apartments and an elevator. The residence is situated at the entrance to the resort, opposite the children's playground and the tourist office. Shops are 50m away, and the main slopes are 200m from the building. Apartment #86 on the resort map.
