Independent in Fontainebleau

"The breakfasts were excellent and friendly staff. We would have liked a fridge in the room or ice machine available. "

"Room was great. Staff was awkward (concierge, front desk and bell man were all the same person) and they do not have parking onsite. You have to walk to an underground parking garage to which they will give you a parking voucher. Although they have an hotel restaurant, the restaurant will not charge meals to your room (be prepared, bring your wallet)."

"Ok hotel to stop off overnight when travelling past. Room not that clean and very hot as we were on the top floor. Staff were weird when we didn’t speak French. And the surrounding area is not great. But bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Free parking is a bonus."

"Small room. Sparse. Check in was supposed to be at 3:00pm. No one was there, front door locked until after 4:00pm. Note on door sent us to a restaurant where they were no help, just wanted us to eat! Way too many other-seemingly nicer-hotels in the area….skip this one!! "
