"A fantastic property which worked well for all people in our party. The houses were clean, well equipped and very comfortable. A superb garden for playing games in and a lovely walk via the gate at the end of the garden. Although no amenities within walking distance it is only a short drive to the local supermarket and Chartres. Pierre is very knowledgeable about the local area and was available by phone should help be required. Overall, we have a very relaxing stay and would love to return...

"Had a lovely stay in Cesar's Cottage in Balines. Property was clean and tidy.. Kids loved the pool all the space outdoors. Only a short drive to local shops. Cottage is located in a beautiful spot in the countryside. we fitted in day trips to Paris and Le Mans."

Les grands espaces pratiques de la maison étaient parfaitement adaptés à la taille de notre groupe. "We very much enjoyed our stay at the château. The home and surroundings were just what we needed after making our daytrips into Paris and other surrounding areas. The caretaker, Jerome, was very helpful and the owners were very responsive to questions and requests. The home has everything you need to make your stay a memorable one. Our only recommendation would be to have the Teflon pots & pans replaced with stainless or cast iron, as they are quite scratched. But that was such a small thing...
