Welcome to Follynesia, where good times are waiting at Folly Beach! This recently renovated condo is equipped with all new appliances and furniture. Not only that, it sports an ocean view and is only 300 steps to the beach and pier! Kick back to enjoy the cable TV, DVD player, and free WiFi during your stay. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, a stove, an oven, and all the counter space and small appliances you'll need to create something wonderful for tonight's home-cooked meal.

This home is located on Center Street in the heart of Folly Beach and is within walking distance of nearly everything. It's just a short walk to several restaurants and even groceries if you need to stock up. Step outside the front door to enjoy the sights and sounds of Folly Beach from the deck overlooking Center Street.

This property is only accessible by stairs and there is no ramp or elevator available.

Great place
I read a lot of reviews for this place before booking. It’s not an understatement that it does get a little noisy at night. But I wouldn’t say it kept me up. I would highly recommend staying here. It’s easy to get to and walk anywhere else on Folly. Nice and close to Charleston too, with a much more laid back vibe.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was close to everything and really convenient. The noise from the bars and traffic didn’t really bother us. Loved Woodys pizza, well worth the hour wait. Lost dog for breakfast was phenomenal. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Great location!
Other than a few minor unmet kitchen wants, this was a perfect stay. Location is great, close to the beach and practically next door to all the bars and restaurants of main drag Folly. We stayed over Halloween weekend and the noise level, at night, was very tolerable. I definitely would stay here again.

If you enjoy the beach and are looking for a no fuss apartment this is your place. Very clean, perfectly located 1 block from the beach. The only negative would be the parking spot. Very tight parking in a very busy lot.
