This vibrant condo is located at the end of the building with the beach just steps away, making it the perfect place to stay if you're longing to dig your toes into the sand. Sit back and relax out on your private, furnished balcony and enjoy the coastal breezes while taking in partial ocean views - you can even see Folly Pier! The master bedroom opens to the balcony and includes an en suite bathroom with a newly installed giant walk-in shower. Not only has the master bathroom been updated but the other bathrooms have received remodels as well! Prepare meals in your well-equipped, full kitchen and then dine together at the adjacent table for six or al fresco on the balcony. Guests of this vacation rental will also have access to two seasonal outdoor pools.

If you prefer to stay on the island, this condo is located right in the heart of Folly Beach where you'll be surrounded by restaurants offering different cuisine. Folly Beach is also the perfect place to indulge in several outdoor activities such as swimming, surfing, fishing, beach combing, and boating. Sign up at the local rental shops for surfing or paddle board lessons, or look for companies that offer guided kayak tours or boat tours, including the Charleston Kayak Company and Absolute Reel Screamer Charters. And less than 12 miles away, check out downtown Charleston where you will enjoy shopping, fine dining, and local historic tours.

Ideal location

Location is great for diverse family whether it be younger kids interested in beach/restaurants or mid-twenties interested in social scene/live music/nightlife. Provided a nice balance for all. Safety and security was great with parking passes, barrier bar in parking lot, and local police presence. Layout of condo was ideal for master bedroom / common area and guest rooms with enough complimenting restrooms/showers. Arrived late one night but communication with mgmt regarding parking pass acquisition was solid. I would definitely stay again at this location. Ideally, when the unexpected construction for all parties on rest of complex is not occurring.

Great Location

Beautiful, spacious rental

This rental has a beautiful ocean view with outdoor deck overlooking with table/space to enjoy the view. More than enough beds/bathrooms, spacious kitchen that was stocked with the necessities. Unit was super clean upon arrival and basic supplies for few days were stocked (laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, hand soap, dishwater and toilet paper). Would definitely stay again!

We were very happy with the condo. It was very spacious and very well equipped. I can't think of anything we needed that was not there for our use. My only recommendation would be a grab bar or two inside the master bathroom shower. It was a pretty tall step to get into that shower and nothing at all to hold on to accept the door handle

Folly Beach Fun

We loved this condo!! It was right on the beach. I could have stood in the parking garage and just stared at the ocean--it was breathtaking. The condo was clean, fresh, neatly decorated. Plenty of amenities, beds were comfortable. Will definitely return!

Perfect Family Spot

Brought our elderly in-laws with us to experience Folly and the Charleston area for the first time. The condo was absolutely perfect! Don’t let the description about a partial view fool you, our view was spectacular! My mother-in-law is notoriously picky about cleanliness and she was impressed, the carpet lines in the bedrooms were the peak for her 😉 Condon comes fully furnished with all the toys and chairs you need plus bonus points for having a wagon to haul said beach equipment. Check out Loggerheads across the street or rent a golf cart - just don’t park on premise! And Rita’s for breakfast is a must.

Wonderful condo

The condo was very spacious and beautifully decorated. This was our first time in Charleston and we had an amazing trip. Loved how it was walking distance to some great restaurants. The sunrise from the balcony and sunset from the pier nearby were breathtaking. My family can’t way to go back.

Folly at its best

The condo was very roomy. The view not the best ocean front, but a side view of parking lot and pier. The vacasa people were very nice and when we needed something they were very quick to respond. Overall a very nice place to stay.
