"This was our first time in Folly beach & we loved it! The apartment was small but had everything we needed. The AC was cold, the bed was comfortable, & the location was fabulous! Only 2 blocks to the beach & to Center Street! We loved the laid back vibe & will definitely be back! The only negative was the upstairs neighbor was up at 5 am every morning & we could hear them moving around. Other than that, we loved our stay!"

"We had a great vacation staying here! Carl is excellent to work with and has great communication throughout. The place is snug but it was just right for us. It's a short walk to the beach and there's a lot of restaurants, shops and a store nearby. Everything we needed was there and we will definitely book again! Highly recommend this place! Can't wait to go back!"

"Very close to beach access and we enjoyed the upstairs deck. Birds chirping and a nice breeze. Easy access to beach chairs and a nice outdoor shower. The kitchen was well stocked and neatly organized The only minor issue was having to bolt out of place at 9 AM. Host very communicative and sent info to help us find things. We would book Zen Deck again. "

"My husband and two children stayed here for a week at the end of May. The weather was perfect and the location of this house was great. It was a very quick walk across the street to the beach. The outdoor shower/hose was great for rinsing sand off when we got back from the beach. They had multiple beach chairs for us to use and 4 large beach towels. It was nice to not have to pack those. "We stayed just for a night but the house is SO cute. It was clean and comfortable. The beds are amazing and super comfortable. Also the house is stocked so well. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"The property is located on Center Street. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Unfortunately it could get quite loud in the evening hours and there was construction going on next door so every morning at 7AM you could hear the very loud noise. That's not the property's fault of course. We bought ear plugs and were able to block out the noise a bit. The apartment was small but it had all amenities you would need for a short beach stay."

"This place is way too small for a family of 5 unless the kids are little. The pictures make it look a lot bigger than it is. The house will sleep six, but there is only seating for 4 on the porch, at the dining table and only 2 in the living room. Luxury bedding at stated in the VRBO description....not really. The fishing pier....under construction, that should be updated on the VRBO website also. Looks like it has been underway for a long time and doesn't look close to being finished. The road...

"Meg was very communicative and made check in and out seamless. The house is perfect for a weekend stay at the beach. Convenient to the beach and lots of good food. The outdoor shower is truly amazing. Would definitely come again!"
