One of Folly’s Best! River’s Roost is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo that overlooks the serene Folly River. Watch boaters sail by and dolphins play right from your private porches. Tucked away in Mariner’s Cay, this rental provides access to a community pool, tennis courts, and a fishing dock. It is located just a leisurely ride to Folly and a 20-minute drive to downtown Charleston.

This two-story condo is spacious for 4 guests. The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the porch and river. The screened-in porch has a dining table and lounge chairs to enjoy the beautiful view. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils, even a dishwasher. The dining lounge is the perfect spot for a competitive game night. There are three Smart TVs, WIFI, and a DVD player. Both bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom features a king bed and attached bathroom. The attached porch is the perfect way to wake up and relax. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There is a second full bathroom upstairs as well.

This property is not pet-friendly. There is 1 assigned parking spot. The neighborhood has a gated entrance. This community prohibits motorcycles or boat trailers and smoking on the property. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence. Nice condo and property

Need more specifics for gate access and door. Downstairs and upstairs TVs had different set ups, downstairs had only a few channels, looked like cbs and nbc criss crossed?? Info would have been helpful.No kleenex in the entire place.The king bed mattress was incredibly uncomfortable

Great stay

We had a wonderful time! Location was perfect for us, close to downtown folly, but still private and peaceful. Our toddler loved the patio area..loved that it was screened in! He sat out there and watched the boats, birds and ducks go by for hours! Condo was well stocked and clean. A little dated, but did not bother us. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again in future!
