A great little beach house

The Lil' Pearl was a sweet little beach house and was fully equipped with anything we might need. We were able to walk to the beach and to the downtown area to find places to eat. My husband and I enjoyed our get-away.

Best Weekend Getaway

Lil Pearl was the perfect cottage for our weekend away. We rented a golf cart and enjoyed the island for two whole days. It was perfectly located and so close to the beach!! If you want a quintessential beach weekend, This place is it!

Perfect place - Close to beach and town

We had a lovely stay. We were able to walk almost everywhere. Beach was only a few blocks away and easy travel. Neighborhood was quiet and quaint. The house was fully stocked which made it easy for me to grab a cup of coffee that first morning. Teresa was very responsive and ensured that our arrival was welcoming and departure easy.

Sweet Cozy Home Near Center Street and Beach

Small home worked well for me and my husband and two small dogs. Weather for our winter month-long stay was much warmer than it was at home in Western NC, and we were able to get a 5-7 mile walk on the beach in every day. The owner is very hands-on and will respond quickly if you have any questions. Loved Lolo’s, delicious fresh seafood and relatively inexpensive.

Girls escape

A weekend away to worry about no one but ourselves. Little Pearl was the perfect spot and Theresa was a perfect host. When we arrived the toilet want working and we had a plumber on site within minutes. The place was cozy, convenient and well equipped. Check out Bert’s and make sure you trek to the end of the island to see Morris Lighthouse.

The location was good. The house seemed like it was in disrepair in some places, including the deck leading up to the entry door. The A/C was subpar; seemed to take long to cool house. Bought a box fan to remedy the issue. Note: there's no dishwasher. Overall, we had a good time.

The location of the Lil Pearl is excellent. It's an easy walk to Center Street and the beach. But the immediate area is quiet. The house is very cozy and cute and most importantly, clean. The little extras such as snacks and toiletries as well as plenty of towels were an added bonus. We had a great time and a relaxing vacation!
