"We rented this property as a home base for my son's wedding week in Charleston. We had family from all over the country coming to town and needed a place to gather that would accommodate a larger group at different times of the day - this house was just what we needed! Everything was as described - most importantly for me, the wheelchair accessibility! I was able to get everywhere in the house (upstairs, downstairs, outside, and to the beach). The house was cozy but big enough to fit all 12 of us, ages 5 - 55, and everyone had a place to sleep! The kids enjoyed the pool table room, outside deck, large yard, beach access, and town of Folly. I was impressed with Ross and his quick responses to all of my questions - he truly put me at ease and helped with anything we needed. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone looking to gather their family at the beach! "

"What a wonderful unique place, we usually stay in an hotel, when we come visit family. We won’t be doing that anymore, each room had its own uniqueness. Breakfast was wonderful, great choices of all kinds of different foods….Unique continental breakfast. Rooms were all clean and comfortable! Laura and Lana were very welcoming. Their front door host /greeter was the main attraction, Wrigley the official dog greeter, very friendly, never barked once the whole time we were there. We will be returning, to see Wrigley again! "

"The bedrooms, are nice comfy. there is a common area for guests. This is great for meeting fellow travelers. We enjoyed the self serve breakfast. Coffee, popcorn fresh baked cookies available. nice touch "

"This property is extremely comfortable for a large group. The ocean views are spectacular and there are marsh/river views from some rooms. There are two dishwashers and a wine fridge plus 2 two-bin trash cabinets making storage and cleanup much easier for a large group. The interior furnishings are comfortable; the!open floor plan makes it easy for large groups to congregate and participate. There is ample high-end outdoor furniture. Great property for big group of family & friends."

"The home was absolutely gorgeous, it was better than the pictures. It really does have a million dollar view. I loved the beachy nautical decor. It was very comfortable and quiet. The small town of Folly Beach is charming, very tiny, no parking in town but we ordered take out from The Crab Shack and it was delicious. Everybody was very friendly. It is a really nice place and I would definitely recommend going. We have a good time. Thank you Ms. Henry, you have a lovely home. "
