Incredible Oceanfront Villa On The Edge Of America

Great 3BR, 3BA Beachfront condo. Full kitchen, 2 Pools, Elevator, 15 minutes to downtown Charleston. Steps away from the water's edge. Restaurants, quaint shops, and Fishing Pier within walking distance. Each bedroom has private bath. One king bed, one queen bed, 2 twin beds, and a double sleeper sofa. Beautiful master bedroom overlooks ocean and has Jacuzzi, 2 sinks, and separate shower. Bright and airy kitchen and living area overlooking the ocean. Balcony spans accross the ocean side of the unit with entrances from the master bedroom and living area. 52 inch flat screen HDTV, DVD. Air conditioning, dish washer, washer and dryer. Fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful furnishings. Gorgeous sunsets over the Fishing Pier in the afternoon. A great place to kick back and enjoy all that Folly has to offer. Free WiFi and cable tv. Tile and carpeted floors. Stone kitchen counter tops. Table and chairs on balcony for relaxing and beach watching. Beautifully maintained fenced grounds with private gate. Two parking spaces on grounds available. Beautiful pool on each end of complex overlooking the ocean. Private entrance from pool to steps down to beach. Lifeguards on beach during summer months. Enjoy swiming, surfing, jet skis, parasailing, and fishing.

The beach was amazingly close to the unit which was tremendously convenient for our family. The beach town is so charming, with so many restaurants in walking distance. We had an amazing vacation on Folly Beach this year!

Folly Beach

Beautiful, sparkling clean condo steps from the beach and all kinds of excellent restaurants!A short drive to Charleston in less than half an hour! We loved the balcony which is much bigger than it appears in the photos and is totally private. Parking was also great.

This was the perfect spot for our family. We have stayed here before and it is always a pleasure. Oceanfront with a pool is as good as it gets. Love the relaxing vibe of Folly and love that is is so walkable.

This is the second time staying in this unit. Location to the beach, restaurants, and shopping are just a few steps away. Charleston is about a 10-15 minute easy drive. Property is always clean!!

Beautiful Condo with Great View

Very relaxing visit. Loved that we could walk to all of the food joints and bars. Sitting in the deck and listening to the ocean was the best. Loved that we could eat in sometimes instead of going out for every meal.

We were here as a family over a somewhat chilly spring break. We were still able to enjoy the area in sweatshirts! Very comfortable condo and we enjoyed a dolphin seeking boat ride, explored Charleston l, went on the USS Yorktown, and visited the beautiful Middleton plantation.

Family Beach Trip

The property is beautifully maintained and conveniently situated near the pier and places to eat. We enjoyed watching the beach restoration process in front of the condo. By the end of the week we had a newly constructed strand in front of us. We had a wonderful stay.

1st time at Folly's Beach

This was our first time at Follys Beach. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The views were amazing as were the sun rises. Convenient to everything. Park the car and walk to food, shopping, music and the beach!

Excellent location, and the rooms were so nice.

My family and I enjoyed our stay tremendously! The rooms were clean, and very well stocked with all amenities. I am physically challenged, and has no issues with the room, very accommodating. It was easy check in and out. The location was so nice. We were close to the restaurants, shops, and entertainment. My favorite part was watching the ocean from the balcony . I highly recommend this condo.

Handicap Friendly

The Condo was very nice and clean. The facility was very handicap accessible with plenty of handicap parking spaces and two elevators. Beautiful view of the ocean and close to restuarants.

Wonderful stay! We wish that we could return every year! 25 years ago I worked on the pier at Starfish grille and it was a great return to the beach and see all of the exciting changes!!!! We absolutely loved being on the beach and being able to go into Charleston and enjoy the history of the city in one stop! Thank you so much for sharing your awesome place with us! If we ever return (we love to try new places and states every year) we will stay at Susan’s place! 100%
