Public beach access is located directly across the street from this apartment, so your toes are in the sand in no time!

**Please Note: This apartment is located downstairs, below another apartment. Guests will hear some noise from the upstairs apartment, especially during the day. This spot is great for We appreciate your understanding and strive to ensure a comfortable stay.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please gather used towels and place in the bathroom
Clean out fridge and take out all trash. Green can is trash and blue is recycling
Check all outlets for charging cords as we cannot return any items left behind.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Due to this home having 3 apartments we cannot allow pets of any kind. This includes ESA's and service animals. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
This is a downstairs apartment and you will hear foot traffic from the guests upstairs. It's an old beach cottage that is 3 separate apartments.
There is absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home.
