Suite B - 3 minutes walk to Center of Folly Beach, across from beach -1 Room

  • A contemporary, NON-SMOKING studio suite, 1 bedroom for 2 people only, has porcelain floors, marble porcelain bathroom floor in shower and on shower walls. It is fully loaded with all comforts necessary, located right across from the beach access. There is a Laundry Room downstairs, please bring detergent and dryer sheets if you plan to use it.The property is in walking distance to the Pier and all restaurants and shops. It is fenced in providing you extra privacy. To the right of the suite is a large porch with couches where you can relax and listen to the sounds of the island. Below is a large yard with covered area. Here you will enjoy our comfortable couched and chairs, a ping pong table and an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off yourself and your beach gear.Lounge chairs are also onsite for relaxing in the sun. Beach chairs and beach umbrella are at your disposal.This suite is licensed by the City of Folly Beach as a vacation rental unit.

Anniversary beach weekend

Our stay was amazing. The suite is beautiful, modern and it has all you need to enjoy the beach. The king size bed was very comfortable and the bathroom/shower was very luxurious. Folly beach is always fun to visit and this place is in the perfect area.

Wonderful Beach Stay

This property is fantastic. It is literally across the street from the beach. The room is modern and very clean. Check-in is super convenient and you have your own off-street parking spot. The location is close to plenty of shopping and restaurants as well. This property is well worth the stay!

Perfect get away

Arrived and was assisted by the owners with checkin process. Very polite and helpful. The room was very well decorated and comfortable, providing all the little extras you can think of. Large walk in shower with modern rainfall showerhead and gorgeous tile. The outside was immaculate and inviting.

Perfect Location!!

My daughter & I were here for a little getaway! The accomodations were perfect! Quick walk to beach access. We didnt have a car on the island and everything was within easy walking distance. Loved Bert’s for grabbing some quick eats and ice cream. The upper patio was a great way to relax and enjoy a glass of wine at night. Highly recommend and would definitely book this gem again next time!!

Lovely and perfect couples getaway

Beautiful property with all the things needed for us as we did breakfast and lunch at the house and dinners out and with what was provided we were able to do simple things which was exaclty what we were looking for. Super close to beach and resturants and stores! It is a new build and there are still small things being finished and worked on but it was during reasonable hours and didnt impact us at all during our stay. Owners were very kind friendly and attentive! Looking forward to visiting again!

Great location!

This suite is in a great spot - just a couple steps from the beach and “downtown” area. This suite is small, really just a glorified hotel room, but extremely clean and fully stocked with everything. It is essentially a part of the owners house, but there is a separate entrance and private balcony and there was never a feeling that we were in someone else’s space. The owner designed this space with renters in mind. It was perfect!

This listing with perfect for a long weekend getaway at Folly Beach! It was exactly as listed, super clean, and the room was extremely nice with a king size bed and luxurious bathroom. There was ample beach towels and extra bathroom towels. They even supplied beach chairs and umbrellas which was much appreciated. The common areas (shared with one other unit) were very welcoming, clean, and comfortable! The best part was that it was literally a 2 minute walk from the unit to the beach and an easy 5 min walk to downtown where all the restaurants/shops are!

Great little pad for two

This is a room with a king-size bed, two chairs and small table, a kitchenette with a sink, small fridge, microwave and some glasses and plates. And flat screen TV. There is a separate bathroom with a beautiful, large shower, toilet and sink. If all you need is a place to crash at night, or briefly during the day, this place is wonderful. It's in the back of the main house, with it's own separate entrance and parking space (you will appreciate that when it's beach season and all the street parking is taken). Easy walk to Bert's (groceries/wine/sandwiches and burgers), and the main street (Center?) with all the restaurants. Very short walk to the beach, and close to the boardwalk (more restaurants/bar). For a weekend trip for two, this is a great choice.
