About this property

Suite A - 3 minutes walk to Center of Folly Beach, across from beach-1 Room

  • A comtemporary, independent studio suite with porcelain floors, marble porcelain bathroom floors in shower and on shower walls, fully loaded with all comforts necessary, is located right across from the beach acess. It is in walking distance to the Pier and all restaurants and shops. The property is fenced in providing you extra privacy. To the right of the suite is a large porch with couches where you can relax and listen to the sounds of the island. Below is a large yard with covered area where you can find an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off yourself and your beach gear, a table to eat at and a tennis table. Lounge chairs are also available for relaxing in the sun. This is a Smoke Free suite. This property is licensed by the City of Folly Beach as a vacation rental unit.

This is a great place to stay! It is so close and convenient to the beach and all the Folly restaurants that you can walk. The room is very crisp and clean. We also stayed here last year and plan for this to be our go-to Folly spot each year :-)

This property is extremely clean, brand new, and offers easy access to the beach. The room is very comfortable and has just the right number of appliances for a short stay. The small fridge and freezer work exceptionally well. I look forward to returning for another long weekend.

A Great Spot

We had a great time here. The house was exactly as advertised—clean, comfy and was literally just a few steps from the beach. There's a 24-hour market about a block away, and the main strip is easily walkable. Will absolutely be coming back.

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo in Folly Beach! The property was exceptionally nice and clean, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The location couldn't have been better – just a very short walk to the main strip and with the beach right across the street. We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was extremely nice and accommodating. This place exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend it to others. Great space for a stay at Folly Beach. Decorated beautifully, comfortable bed, all hotel-like amenities. Outside, the amenities are great with upper patio seating, lower patio seating plus ping pong, cornhole etc. Great space to hang out if you have family, friends in town. Walkable to town and beaches. Owner was onsite on the weekend and very personable & welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful property within walking distance of all attractions!

This property was absolutely perfect for me and my wife. We loved everything about this suite. The apartment was very clean and exceeded all of our expectations. Quick and easy, walk across the street to the beach and also within a few minutes walk to any restaurant in town. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We are definitely planning another trip here again soon!

Absolutely Perfect!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for Labor Day weekend. The place was brand new, incredibly clean, fully decorated, and right across from the beach. We had plenty of room, the tv was a great size, and the bed was sooo comfortable. It exceeded expectations! We will definitely stay here again. Loved it!

The property is immaculate and the house is beautiful. We loved sitting outside on the deck. The owners were very nice and accommodating. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The house is so close to the beach and very convenient to a great store you could walk to. No need to drive while you’re there. We will definitely be back!

Best on the beach

I hesitate to review this property because I’d rather keep it my personal go to! But it’s just so good you have to share it. Perfect location to everything Folly. Easy walk to Center St for food and fun. Just cross the street to the beach! Modern, brand new and no detail neglected. 5 stars just isn’t enough!
