This 3,000 square foot home is fully equipped and is located on 5 acres that are covered with 100-year-old oak trees and is minutes away from the many available opportunities in this sweet area of Alabama!
Gulf Shores and Orange Beaches are just 10-11 miles from this oasis.
The home is less than 1 mile from the OWA (https://visitowa.com/), which includes their Tropic Falls Theme Park with rollercoasters for everyone! The Tropic Falls Indoor Water Park is the region’s largest and is as big as a football field. The OWA offers restaurants, Legends in Concert, comedy performances and seasonal events.
The Tanager Outlet Mall (https://www.tangeroutlet.com/foley) is minutes away with over 120 fashion and brand name outlet retailers. Tanger is one of the most sought-after attractions in this popular Foley area.
Visit the two sports complexes, the Wharf Amphitheater at Orange Beach (https://alwharf.com/), the Graham Creek Nature Preserve, as well as other nature attractions.
There is more than amble space to park cars and boats at this location.
All trash must be left in outside in the City of Baldwin trash container upon departure. If the trash doesn't fit into the container, it is the renter's responsibility to remove the trash themselves because the city will only take what is placed inside their container. NO SMOKING in the house. ALL trash should be removed from house upon final departure. Trash pick up is each Tuesday morning.
When away from the home, please adjust the a/c so it doesn't run constantly. This is most appreciated and will keep the renting costs down.

Pure privacy!! The place was amazing!! It was clean and tidy! No issues at all with the house! fully stocked. Smelled amazing!!

Stay was excellent. House is large and spacious with a big kitchen and living area, 3 separate bedroom areas & bathrooms. Perfect for our family vacation including kids. It was clean and convenient. Great location too. Only 2 minutes from OWA so we could go back and forth during the day, 2-5 minutes from grocery & stores, and Creekside putt-putt, go-karts etc. Also only 10 min from the beach.
