"Unique property as it is older but kept up. Some of the furniture was well used but still functional, added character for the vintage vibe. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Did not try the onsite restaurant, very walkable to other restaurants and some shopping. Beautiful views of the mountains. Would stay there again."

"I would happily give this hotel a five-star rating if it wasn't for Dooley's. My family went in on a Sunday afternoon for lunch.We waited nearly an hour for our burgers while those at the bar got served continuously. Then our food magically appeared when I finally complained about how long it was taking. They were served undercooked and lukewarm.Combine this with the price of a high-end hotel bar, and it became very frustrating. They offered no apologies and, after making us wait in a booth for way too long, suddenly became friendly and interested in us. Other than this experience, the hotel was very pleasant and the staff was accommodating. The coffee shop was wonderful and the amenities were perfect. If you avoid Dooley's at meal time, I would highly recommend this establishment."

"We had a wonderful weekend staycation at Flying Horse Resort & Club for Father’s Day! From the moment we arrived, everything felt relaxing and family-friendly. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and provided the perfect setting for a special family getaway without having to travel far. Our kids absolutely loved the pools and all of the amenities. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and enjoyable. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, making it easy for our family to unwind and enjoy quality time together. Father’s Day weekend was made even more memorable thanks to the excellent experience we had here. We would definitely recommend Flying Horse Resort & Club to families looking for a relaxing staycation and look forward to returning in the future!"

"This place was amazing!! I was wondering why it didn't cost more. I wouldn't have changed anything, but the Hotels app lead me to think the room was actually in the castle. It was in a different building, but it was also nice and the views were breathtaking. We had breakfast in the castle so that was awesome and I didn't think that was included in the price, but it was."
