Individual chalet for up to 6 people, with a total surface area of approximately 70m² on 2 levels.
LEVEL N: entry; main room with kitchenette equipped with gas stove 3 gas burners + 1 electric plate, oven, microwave, refrigerator; dining area + TV; access to SOUTH / WEST facing corner balcony; a room with bunk beds (2x90) + en-suite shower room (shower, washbasin, WC).
LEVEL N + 1: large room under the roof composed of a sitting area with a sofa bed 2 places (130) + TV, a sleeping area with a double bed (160), a shower room (shower, washbasin, WC); access to an east facing balcony.
WARNING: Steep stairway to climb to N + 1 level.
No pets allowed.

Chalet with breathtaking views of Mont Blanc and its massif. From the floor, we also see Mount Charvin.

Chalet located 10min by car from the ski slopes of the Espace Diamant and the ESF (departure from Flumet or Praz sur Arly), 10min drive from the shops (Flumet or Praz sur Arly) and 15min from Megeve. In summer, water in Flumet 10min.

To fully enjoy your holidays, I put at your disposal bed linen and towels and the beds are made on your arrival.

wunderbare Woche am Mont Blanc

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in diesem gut ausgestatteten Chalet, mit unglaublicher Sicht auf den Mont Blanc. Das Chalet eignet sich gut für eine Familie mit 2-3 Kindern, die Betten sind sehr bequem , die Lage ist toll, die Gastgeberin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einzig die Treppe zum oberen Stock ist für kleinere Kinder eine Herausforderung, alle anderen müssen halt etwas aufpassen.Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Un super séjour

Le cadre et la vue sont magnifiques l'hébergement correspond parfaitement à la description l'accueil est sympathique et il y a énormément d'excursions à faire autour du chalet.

Un très agréable séjour en famille

Tout d'abord, le chalet est très bien situé (au milieu des fermes et avec une très belle vue sur les montagnes). Lors d'une promenade derrière le chalet, nous avons pu croiser des chamois. À une dizaine de minutes de Praz sur Arly, donc très pratique pour faire les courses (Intermarché + station essence). Nous y avons séjourné avec nos 3 enfants de 5, 9 et 11 ans et ils ont adoré dormir dans la chambre située au RDC, équipée d'un lit superposé + lit tiroir et salle d'eau (avec toilettes) attenante. De notre côté, nous étions à l'étage (équipée d'un très grand lit double + salle d'eau avec toilettes attenante). Les escaliers sont raides pour y monter mais cela est précisé dans l'annonce et pour notre part, ça ne nous a pas gêné. Une barrière est située en haut de l'escalier et cela permet donc de sécuriser celui-ci quand il y a des enfants. Ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié c'est le fourneau au bois qui donne vraiment un petit côté rustique et cosy. Quand nous sommes arrivé, tous les lits étaient déjà préparés et le linge de toilette à dispo (ce qui allège énormément les valises!). Nos filles ont adorées voir les poules qui déambulent au pied du chalet. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, disponibles et très discrets. Que dire de plus à part le fait que nous recommandons fortement cette location! En bref, bonne situation géographique, au calme, joli cadre, propreté impeccable, bien équipé et propriétaires adorables. Un grand merci pour ce bel accueil et ce beau séjour!

Vacances hivernales en famille, ski

Nous avons passé les vacances en février en famille. Nous avons eu beaucoup de soleil dans la location, l'endroit est très calme et éloigné du village et en même temps pas très loin des pistes de ski (10 min en voiture). Les propriétaires sont disponibles si quelque'chose vous manque ou pour des petites réparations. Notre séjour était très agréable.

Dépaysement et très bel accueil

Belle surface et très bon accueil des propriétaires. Logement chaleureux et très propre. Seul le soleil nous a manqué.
