"Everything was terrific "

"No ocean was not visible and we contracted for a partial view. Upon check in staff blamed Expedia and made no attempt to accommodate us. Twice we had to call to have room cleaned. TV was terrible. Overhead lights were out, we spoke to maintenance twice but bulbs were never replaced. In spite of these problems we did enjoy our stay."

"The hotel is right on Duval St and a little noisy at night but is a perfect location to everything. Really enjoyed our stay. "

"Location is great for activities. Staff was friendly. Even though Rosters are part of Key West, they are getting out of control with crowing all night out your bedroom window (take ear plugs). There is a hidden hotel amenity fee of $39.99 per night for a couple. I did double-check Expedia advertisement and the parking fee is mentioned but not the amenity fee. If you check other sites it is mentioned. Overall it is a unique place to stay and would do it over."

"We really loved our stay at the Douglas House. Our suite was perfect and very comfy! The landscaping and seperate sitting areas as well as the pool area were fabulous! We hope to be back soon to repeat the relaxing ans welcoming stay at your Inn. P.s. the staff were very helpful and accommodating as well! 6 stars out of 5!!"

"Shops, bars , restaurants all very close by. Staff was wonderful . Ocean view room was wonderful but unfortunately huge cruise ship sits in the way from 9:00 to 5:00 everyday"
