La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio Riverwalk

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio Riverwalk

8/10 Good
"They only clean the rooms every 3 days. When I called after coming back to a yet again not cleaned room and no dry towels, I was told of the policy. I later noticed it in tiny print in the key card envelope. Upon checkout, I recommended that if they aren't going to clean and refresh towels more often, they need to install towel rods so one can hang up used towels so they dry. They also need larger shower curtains so the length and depth of the tub is protected. The shower curtain was too short in all directions allowing the floor to become soaked before I realized it requiring much more than a little bath mat to soak up the water. A larger curtain would stay in the tub so one doesn't have to use the towels (that won't be replaced daily and will stay wet because of no towel rods) to dry the floor. Grrr. Also, more and larger trash cans would be useful since they are also not emptied daily. Complimentary carwashes should be provided to guests unlucky enough to park in the shade of the trees in the fall as hundreds of grackles roost and poop every evening. Woe to those parked on the edges of the lot!"
