Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Arriving at the hotel I realized that it was going to be rough indeed. I noticed that the lobby was very clean and even had a air freshener device inside so I figured perhaps our room would match. It didn't, all the sheets and walls were dirty. The towels had black or greyish stains all over. The pillows and pillowcases were dirty with hairs still. The television was dirty and the table and counters had crumbs or dried stains on them. When I told the front desk, he said they were at capacity and offered me a pillowcase and towel. Next morning I went back and they said they could send someone to clean. The cleaner proceeded to tell me that she had cleaned that room and that the stains wouldn't come off, does that go for the hair too? She went ahead and cleaned it up and was wild because she said she cleans it the same as her place, then she finished sweeping and noticed the giant ball of dust and dirt. There was dead bugs inside still and everything seemed to be falling apart. I will be contacting corporate about this as well.
