Problems wc/bathroom that we noticed after unpacking already .They fixed after 4hrs . Stay at pool ,but eventuly we had to step out /couldn stay because the life guard was going out for lunch .Fine but they could replace him with someone else for those minuts lunch break .Otherwise great hotel ,location,

Room was very clean, bathroom a generous size, lovely rain shower. Bed was quite comfortable. Staff were excellent - fluent English and very professional. Location was great, with restaurants and easy transportation by Uber. Friday and Saturday nights were a bit noisy due to bars/clubs nearby, but that's not the hotel's fault.
