"Property is updated but still has an old feel. Room smelled like at roadside motel. But ac, tv and hot water was great. Bed was good except they use small throw pillows instead of full sized pillows "

"We never even got to stay there. We had a reservation but waited in the check in office for an hour while he helped another guy. It was nuts. he was out there replacing air conditioning units on the fly. If it didn't work, you knew this guy was coming...should've done that hours ago. And instead of taking 10 minutes to check us in, and then fix the AC....whatever. It was a disaster. Best Western checked us in 5 minutes. "

"We were really disappointed in our room it was supposed to be nonsmoking. It smelled like smoke and the bedsheets had holes burned in them we looked for another place to stay but couldn’t find anything so we went to Walmart and bought a blanket and sheet for the bed towels also were worn thin so we bought some also "
