"Property was under renovation which was not listed on Expedia site. Had to move rooms 3 times due to the sound of the A/C in the room. Staff was very accommodating due do the A/C units because there was no one on property to fix. Beds were very very hard and uncomfortable. Hoping the renovation brings improvements because hotel is located in a very convenient spot."

"Upon entry to the property I was surprised as it appeared quite quaint. The driveway leading up to it left much to be desired however as you need to backout of steep narrow entry onto the road. It is high up in the woods, so this may have been the problem that lead me to allergy and breathing issues. As I was unloading my car, my friend was trying to hook up the wifii, it never came up even after repeated communication and attempts. Breathing became difficult and the house was a bit musty so...

The Artesian At Bee Cave Apartments By Barsala

".the apartamento is very very clean, organized, and nicely designed. The stay was awesome. If I were to recommend something, that would make it the perfect place. Since it was a family getaway, we wanted to relax and stay there, so I needed to cook. The cooking utensils were not good quality. The pans were old and the utensils not firm enough. Also, it would be ideal to have a set of twin beds or bunk beds for the guest room so that two people don’t have to co-sleep. Other than that, I highly recommend it "

Beautiful property, amazing views

"This property was well maintained and as advertised. The covered deck was an amazing place for everyone to relax. It was fun to watch the deer and other animals on the hillside from the safety of the deck!! The beds were comfortable, and the home was well equipped. The steep driveway was not for the faint of heart… but after one or two trips, it was no problem at all. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area. We had one minor maintenance concern and received almost immediate response. Five stars for the management company!"

Not how it was perceived

"The couches and chairs were uncomfortable. The bungalow was not clean. We found a baby sock in the bungalow and also some sticky notes so that was not cleaned out. The beds were not comfortable. There were no extra blankets. There was not an easy way to get to the pool, the pool and spa Was small and there was no water in the lake and so the it perceived to be on the water side of the lake and it wasn’t."

"We absolutely loved our three night stay here, it was a fantastic deal, especially since we had a full kitchen, laundry in our room, and everything we needed. It was very clean, location felt very safe. We have no complaints about the facility itself. Our only complaint is that there was no communication as to what our responsibility was upon checkout. Also, upon arrival, the balcony door was unlocked and not shut securely. There was no info about if we were to take out the trash, wash the dishes, etc. It would've made the entire experience absolutely perfect if only we'd had this communication!"
