A unique, single-story villa located in the center of Saint Pierre la Mer, boasting a lush, green garden.

The accommodation includes a living room with a sofa bed (not a sofa bed) and a television (subject to good reception), a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a single bed and a double bed, a shower room, and a separate toilet. There is also a veranda with garden furniture.

Ne conseille pas

Grille ne fermant qu'avec une chaîne, obligeant à vivre enfermer à clé pour pouvoir lâcher le chien État de propreté des sols en arrivant limite, des moutons sous les meubles. Télé ne captant que rarement les chaînes. Four nécessitant intervention de l'agence pour le faire fonctionner, après quelques émanations de gaz et une petite détonation. Un seul jeu de clé dans une location ou on peut vivre jusqu'à six, surtout quand on est obliger de fermer la grille à clé, pas terrible pour avoir quelques libertés. Terrain à l'état légèrement sauvage et surcoût pour le chien non précisé dans l'annonce.
