- Just steps from the sand (≈30 m) in a quiet, secure residence - no road to cross, ideal for families. Park in your dedicated space behind the barrier, then forget the car: the daily market, summer night market, cafés and restaurants are about a 10‑minute walk away. Compact, modern, and private with a walled terrace for outdoor meals. Pets welcome.
