Villa Joanny - Fleurie

Traditional winegrower's house, totally detached, at the heart of the Beaujolais famous vineyards. Upstairs : entrance hall, large living room (kitchen area, dining area, wood pellet stove, storage room), 2 bedrooms (double bed), (2 single beds), shower room, separate WC, glassed-in veranda with lounge area. Upper floor : bedroom (3 single beds), closed corridor leading to 2nd bedroom (2 single beds) and facilities (shower room, separate WC). Heating : electricity + wood. Bed linen supplied free. Outdoors : balcony, large panoramic terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and great open views of the vineyards, the nearby villages et the Alps on clear days. Enclosed courtyard, parking. Owners (winegrowers) are living in a house below (tasting & sale of estate wines possible). 2nd gĂźte for 7 people + 2 guest rooms available on their property. About 500m away : traditional winegrower's inn (belonging to the son of the owners). Touroparc (zoo, amusement park), about 7 km.

Plusieurs prises de contact avec le propriĂ©taire pour avoir des informations : pas de rĂ©ponses.. une nuit en trop que nous avons tentĂ© d annuler un mois avant : rĂ©ponse nĂ©gative. Personne a l arrivĂ©e, par contre Ă  10:10 le jour du dĂ©part la propriĂ©taire nous dit qu’on devrait ĂȘtre partis. Beaucoup d’escaliers : ne conceit. Pas aux familles avec enfants ou grands parents

Bien pour se retrouver en famille

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour ; le logement est bien aménagé, les lits confortables et il y a une trÚs belle vue depuis la véranda. Cependant quelques points restent à améliorer : - il n'y avait pas Internet contrairement à ce qui était décrit dans l'annonce. On ne nous a pas prévenu, donc impossible de télétravailler (à noter que selon l'opérateur, le réseau est mauvais). - le forfait ménage est de 110 euros. Ne souhaitant pas le prendre, on a constaté que l'aspirateur ne fonctionnait pas. - le barbecue manque d'ustensiles pour ne pas se brûler. Mise à part ces quelques points, nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Huit amis dans le Beaujolais

Gßte et propriétaire trÚs accueillants: grande piÚce à vivre prolongée par une véranda et une terrasse donnant sur la vallée et les vignes. Je le recommande chaudement aux groupes et aux familles.
