Turn off the heat and AC as per instructions posted on level three. All towels should be taken to the laundry kitchen
All games must be sorted and nothing removed from the basement
Replace all remotes to their designated posts. Make sure all trash is bagged, only WHITE bags are acceptable
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

JULY-AUGUST ONLY: *Kitchen is strictly Kosher: guests are asked to INQUIRE BEFORE booking *Pool attire remains in pool area per neighbors' requests.
No parking on the street. Parking lot across the road. Pool use is with no liability to the host. NO loud noise or music coming from the pool/deck.
Use only white or clear garbage bags, as per village code Additional fees apply if dark bags are used Furniture moved out of place will incur a fee

The house is very spacious. Kitchen is well equipped for large family meals. We came to ski and the house is minutes from the ski slope which is a huge plus. Our hostess Chavy was very responsive and accommodative. The house manager lives nearby. Once we locked ourselves out of the house. He came within a few minutes to open the door for us. So overall we had a wonderful stay.

Very charming, clean, and spacious house for your next getaway. Plenty of space for large groups, with easy access to the surrounding towns. Communication with the host was excellent and quick.
