"Die Unterkunft war oberflächlich sauber, jedoch in einen Ecken war teilweise Schmutz. Die Dachschrägen waren doch erheblich niedrig, so dass man sich vorsichtig aufrichten musste, wenn man aus dem Bett aufstand. Die Deko war teilweise nicht gut aufeinander abgestimmt. Am Eingang lag eine sehr schmutzige Fußmatte. Der Pool war super. Die Kommunikation war eher schleppend. Am Tag der Anreise war die Ruhe erheblich durch Baulärm und lautstarke Handwerker gestört. Leider sogar bis zur Nachtruhe...

"Das Ferienhaus war sehr geräumig und genauso, wie es beschrieben war und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir hatten mit unserem Hund eine schöne und sehr erholsame Zeit dort, auch Dank des abgegrenzten und sichtgeschützten Gartens, wo wir viel Zeit (bei Superwetter) verbracht haben.Ein Wohlfühlort...Die fußläufig zu erreichende Umgebung fand ich persönlich nicht so interessant und auch nicht besonders hundefreundlich, was ich dem besonders gepflegten Wohngebiet und den wenig naturbelassenen Freiräumen...

"Furchtbar. Kein Insektenschutz an den Fenstern oder Türen. Aber alles voller Mücken, Schnacken, Fliegen und Spinnen. Keine Nacht durchgeschlafen, jeden Morgen zerstochen aufgestanden. Selbst tagsüber war man nur damit beschäftigt sich die Viecher vom Leib zu halten. Kochen mit total verbrannten Pfannen und angebrannten Töpfen, ekelhaft. Keine Schränke für Lebensmittellagerung vorhanden. Außenbereich total verwahrlost und heruntergekommen. Rasenfläche voller Maulwurfhügel und Mäuselöchern....

"Die Unterkunft ist mehr als in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teppichboden ist verdreckt und die Ausstattung teilweise defekt (die Rollläden funktionieren nicht und die Türklinke im Badezimmer fällt fast auseinander).Der Kühlschrank hat gestunken. Wir haben uns leider gar nicht wohl gefühlt und sind eher abgereist. Die Unterkunft kann keinesfalls weiterempfohlen werden. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist grundsätzlich aber gut, allerdings gibt es keinen Parkplatz für diese Wohnung. "

The staff were always kind and welcoming, making me feel completely at home. The spa facilities were world-class and provided the perfect place to relax and recover from travel fatigue. "Nice from the outside and a good restaurant, but the room was poor. No A/C, only a cheap mobile fan which had no ability to cool the room to a reasonable temperature. Cheap and hard foam mattress which did not allow for air circulation and instead reflected the body heat back up so I felt I slept on a griddle. Not a single night out of three did I get a good rest. Woke up constantly due to heat and uncomfortable mattress. After complaining, I received a second mobile unit which made it slightly better but did not keep me from sweating. Overall all cheap furniture, not a picture on the wall and a dirty shower stall. Bought a bottle of water from the reception since there was no store near by and was charged 7.90 Euros for what the grocery store charges 90 cents. When voicing my objection, the clerk just said, I don’t set the prices. Absolutely ridiculous. When checking out, the receptionist could not care less, never asked if my stay was good or not. If I had not paid in advance for 3 nights, I would have left after day one. No refund, so I stayed. First and last time at this hotel. Would not recommend it to anybody. "
