We will continue to rent out the holiday home as usual and will keep it well-maintained, modernise it, and make it even more enjoyable for our guests with small improvements.

This lovingly furnished semi-detached home is located in the Centre Parcs Nordseeküste resort in Tossens! Enjoy time by the sea right on the North Sea—ideal for families, couples, or friends who want to combine nature, the sea, and relaxation.

The holiday home, in a prime location, is perfect for 4–5 people. It can accommodate up to 6 people and features:

* 2 cosy bedrooms (0.90 m x 2.00 m beds), each sleeping 2 people. A child’s cot (0.60 m x 1.20 m) is available in one of the master bedrooms (upper floor).
* Two additional guests can sleep in the living room on the ground floor on a sofa bed (1.20 m x 1.90 m) and a fold-out guest bed (0.80 m x 1.90 m).
* 1 modern bathroom with shower and toilet
* bright living and dining area with comfortable seating

The holiday home is located in the popular Centre Parcs Nordseeküste resort, just a few minutes’ walk from the dike and Friesenstrand beach. The surrounding area is perfect for long walks, bike rides, and mudflat hikes in the Wadden Sea, an UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. In addition, the holiday park offers numerous recreational activities, such as the Aqua Mundo water park at Centre Parcs Nordseeküste, bowling, mini-golf, playgrounds, and the Market Dome.

Additional costs:

Linen packages: 21 EUR per person (bed linens + towels optional; must be paid on-site)

Of course, you can also bring your own bed linens (duvet covers, sheets, etc.) and towels!

Final cleaning: 80.00 EUR (required), must be paid on site!

Pet surcharge per pet: 35.00 EUR (required), must be paid on site (due to increased cleaning costs).

Please make sure your dog does not lie on or sleep in the beds!

Visitor’s tax/guest fee: The municipality charges a tourist tax:

High season—March 15 through October 15: €3.50 per adult per night, or €2.10 per child up to 12 years old; Children ages 0–2 are free

Off-season—October 16 through March 14: €1.60 per adult per night, or €1.00 per child up to age 12; Children ages 0–2 are free
