Vineyard house restored with respect for its architecture, halfway between Le Mans and Tours, on the heights of the Loir Valley, on the owners' farm, and at the foot of hiking and mountain biking trails.
Close to the Bercé national forest, Lake Varennes (Marçon) and its numerous water sports, ....
Unfenced and very quiet space, with breathtaking views of the countryside.
Located in "Le Pavillon", access is via the communal road, approximately 300 meters away, through the farm "La Tibergerie".

Ground floor: living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge area in the veranda with a double sofa bed and TV.
Access to the bedroom on the 2nd level from the outside, via a stone staircase: 1 bedroom with 1 queen-size bed, 1 bathroom (sink and shower), and WC. Via the bedroom, via a staircase, to the third-level bedroom: three single beds.
Included: sheets (beds made).
Extra cleaning fee: €50.
